08:30 AM Departure: We collect you in Ha Giang in the morning and get everyone comfortably settled into your private car. As we head north, the mountains open up through the large windows.
10:30 AM Heaven’s Gate: Our first big stop is Quan Ba “Heaven’s Gate”, where the sweeping panorama of the Twin Mountains sits just a few gentle steps from where we park.
01:30 PM Pine Forests: We continue through the cool pine forests of Yen Minh, pausing for photos, snacks and bathroom breaks whenever you like.
05:00 PM Dong Van: We reach Dong Van in the late afternoon, check into your homestay or upgraded hotel, enjoy a warm dinner, and take an easy evening stroll through the atmospheric Old Quarter.
08:30 AM The King of Passes: Today is the highlight of the whole Loop — and by car, it’s wonderfully easy to enjoy. After breakfast we drive the famous “Happiness Road” to Ma Pi Leng Pass, the most spectacular pass in northern Vietnam. The best viewpoints sit right beside the road, so there’s no hard climbing — you simply step out, and far below you the Nho Que River glows a brilliant emerald green.
11:30 AM Tu San Canyon: We then head down to the water for a gentle boat trip through Tu San Canyon, one of the deepest gorges in Southeast Asia. It’s calm, seated and shaded — a favourite with both children and grandparents.
03:00 PM Meo Vac: After a relaxed lunch, we make the short, scenic drive on to Meo Vac for the night.
08:30 AM Scenic Return: Our final day is a gentle, unhurried return. We loop back towards Ha Giang via Mau Due, soaking up the last of the mountain scenery through the windows and stopping wherever a view (or a snack) calls for it. There’s no rush — the pace is entirely yours.
02:00 PM Tour Ends: We arrive back in Ha Giang around early afternoon, in good time to connect with your onward transport (such as a limousine or sleeper bus to Hanoi), where we say a warm goodbye.
