Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour or rental services with us.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to The Ha Giang Loop. By booking a tour package (Motorbike, Jeep, or Private Car) or renting a vehicle through our platform or office, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is officially confirmed once the required initial deposit is successfully paid and acknowledged via a written confirmation or official booking receipt issued by our team.

3. Traveler Responsibilities & Safety

• Valid Documentation: Travelers must carry a valid passport and international/local driving license if operating a vehicle independently (Self-Drive).
• Safety Compliance: Wearing a helmet is strictly mandatory at all times during motorbike and open-air Jeep tours. Participants must follow instructions given by professional tour guides and Easy Riders.
• Health & Fitness: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for mountain adventure travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.

4. Motorbike Rentals & Liability

For self-ride motorbike rentals, renters are fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damages caused by reckless driving, accidents, or negligence outside of normal wear and tear will incur repair charges based on our maintenance assessment.

5. Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify tour routes, itineraries, or schedules due to weather hazards, road maintenance, landslides, or local authority regulations to ensure traveler safety. We are not liable for compensation resulting from force majeure events beyond our control.
