1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our standard cancellation structure for tour packages is as follows:

• More than 7 days before departure: Full refund of your deposit (excluding any non-refundable third-party transaction fees).
• 3 to 7 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit, or option to reschedule your tour date free of charge.
• Less than 48 hours before departure / No-show: Deposit is non-refundable as arrangements and guide allocations have already been finalized.

2. Weather & Safety Cancellations (Force Majeure)

Ha Giang is a mountainous region where weather conditions can occasionally be unpredictable. If government authorities or safety management restrict travel on the Loop due to severe weather, typhoons, or landslides:

• We offer a free date reschedule for your tour, or
• A credit voucher for future services, or
• A full refund for the unutilized portion of your itinerary.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method used during booking.
