Cancellations by Customers:

  • More than 7 days before departure: Full refund
  • 3–6 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund

Special cases (public holidays, Tet, etc.):

Bookings during national holidays (and 3 days before/after) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations by the Company:

If we cancel a service due to unforeseen reasons or low availability, we will refund 100% or offer an alternative.

Unused Services:

No refund is made for unused services such as meals, accommodation, or transfers that are part of the package.
